Colorado Springs Realtist Association
Colorado Springs Reatist Association was founded in 2009. We have served our community ever since by providing opportunities for our members and the Colorado Springs community in education, business development, community, and civic engagement.
Our Colorado Springs membership comprises several disciplines within the real estate industry as well as local entrepreneurs and small businesses. We provide our members with opportunities for continuing education if needed, unique and advanced certifications and the educational tools and resources that they need to deliver the best services possible to their clientele.
We offer local and national membership programs that offer many networking opportunities and resources through our partnerships we have developed. The annual membership also includes the opportunity to join several exclusive affiliate memberships within our organization.
We offer live networking events, training workshops,online education webinars, classes to include continuing education and certifications classes.We host live community days connecting the community with our professional membership as well as our partners and various resources within the community.
Our local Realtist are active within their respective disciplines and stay in touch with our community to help address those barriers to home ownership through networking events, community days online or live education and working with other local organizations to provide the resources needed to move towards the goal of black homeownership and closing the wealth gap.
We regularly engage with our local and state elected and appointed officials in an effort to stay up to date on matters that affect our community as well as to educate, inform and share with our representatives the homeownership needs that are specific to our black and brown community members.
Our Realtist are advocates for “Democracy in Housing".”

MISSION STATEMENT
Colorado Springs Realtist Association (CSRA) was formed in Colorado Springs 2009, as the 88th chapter of (NAREB) The National Association of Realtors.
NAREB was founded in 1947, making it the oldest minority trade association in America. It was formed out of a need to secure the right to equal housing opportunities regardless of race, creed, or color. Since its inception, we have participated in various meaningful challenges and legislative improvements, to establish fair housing for all.
Our local goal is to offer assistance and education to the public on topics such as home ownership, finances, taxes, inspections, insurance and much more to build a strong community of educated consumers.
Just as minorities in the community are often underserviced, our minority professionals often go unrecognized for who we are - productive, educated, integrity driven members of our community. We will showcase our local minority professionals and small businesses and spotlight their contributions to this community.
We bring our local minority professionals together locally and nationally with one another, other organizations and our community. CSRA is dedicated to building a strong network of minority small businesses that flourish and give back to our community.
We protect the public against unethical, improper or fraudulent practices in an effort to assure equal opportunities and resources for all in business, housing, finance and education with special attention our handicapped, elderly and disadvantaged.
Through public awareness and working with our elected and appointed officials at local, state and federal levels we will also address issues in our community and our industry that effect our local minorities, small businesses, and citizens.
